One system for the whole office: casework, contacts, campaigns, documents and the calendar.
PRELUDE OS is a private office management system built by PRIMO DIGITECH SOLUTION in Kuala Lumpur. Accounts are created by invitation from an organisation’s administrator. There is no public sign-up.
What it does
- Casework
- Every case, its deadlines, checkpoints and history in one record, assigned to the person responsible.
- Contacts
- The office's people and organisations, shared across departments with role-based access.
- Content and campaigns
- Plan, draft, review and approve content before anything is published.
- Documents
- The office's files, read from the OneDrive folder the organisation designates.
- Calendar
- Appointments the office books, shown on the office clock, optionally mirrored to each person's own calendar.
- JARVIS
- An assistant that drafts, summarises and proposes, and stops at an approval gate before anything leaves the system.
The Google Calendar connection
What happens when you connect your Google account
Connecting is always your choice, and PRELUDE OS works without it. When you connect, appointments booked in PRELUDE OS are written to your own Google Calendar, and the events on the calendars you tick are shown inside PRELUDE OS beside the office’s appointments. You see one agenda instead of two.
calendar.calendarlist.readonlycalendar.eventsWhat PRELUDE OS never does with Google data
- Never asks for Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google service.
- Never sells it, never uses it for advertising, never lets a human read it except when you ask for support.
- Never keeps it after you disconnect: Settings, Integrations, Disconnect removes the stored sign-in token immediately.
The full wording is in the Privacy Policy, sections 3 and 4, including our compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
Microsoft
Organisations on Microsoft 365 can connect Outlook Calendar and OneDrive in the same way, with delegated permissions that apply only to the signed-in person’s own account.
