Terms of Service

These terms are between you (and, where you use PRELUDE OS for an organisation, that organisation) and PRIMO DIGITECH SOLUTION (Registration No. 202603119698 (PG0587327-K)), of Suite 4, Level 13, Menara Dato' Onn, World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Tun Ismail, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia. By creating an account or using PRELUDE OS, you agree to them.

PRELUDE OS is an office management system covering casework, contacts, content and campaigns, documents, and scheduling. Features change as the product develops; we may add, alter or withdraw features, and we will not remove something you depend on without telling account holders.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe an account has been compromised.

Accounts are for named people. Do not share one account between several users — role and permission controls only protect an organisation if each person has their own login.

You keep ownership of everything you put into PRELUDE OS — your cases, contacts, content, documents and appointments. We hold it in order to run the service for you. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You can export or delete your data, and you can disconnect any connected Google or Microsoft account at any time.

You agree not to use PRELUDE OS to:

• break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights;
• store or process data you have no lawful basis to hold;
• attempt to access another organisation’s data, or probe, scan or interfere with the service’s security;
• resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.

Some features use AI to draft, summarise or analyse. AI output can be wrong. It is a starting point, not advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement. You are responsible for reviewing anything produced this way before you rely on it, publish it, or send it to anyone.

If you connect Google or Microsoft, your use of those services remains governed by your agreement with them. We are not responsible for their availability, and a change on their side may affect the connected features here.

We work to keep PRELUDE OS available and to keep your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

PRELUDE OS is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using PRELUDE OS and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 5, or where we are required to; other than in urgent cases we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when. For material changes we will tell account holders directly rather than relying on you to re-read this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
